How to Get Rid of Nose Blackheads
A lot of people are plagued with blackheads and whiteheads. That is mainly the reason why the question of how to get rid of nose blackheads and blackheads on other parts of the body is considered one of the most frequently asked question of all time. Then again, the answer to this very question will vary depending on your type of skin and how severe your condition is. Fortunately for you, there are a handful of general tips that you can try regardless of your skin type and condition that will aid you in your cause of eliminating those unsightly blackheads.
1) Make it a point that you change your pillow casing often. Dirt, oil and other particles can get accumulated on your pillow and when you sleep, all of these elements can stick to your face. As a suggestion, replace your pillow casing after two or three days of use.
2) Whenever you are taking a bath, shut the door and turn the water heater up. Steam will open up your skin’s pores and loosen the accumulated sebum on your face.
3) Wash your face at least twice a day, every day. Make use of a mild and gentle soap or cleanser when you are washing your face.
4) Limit your intake of junk foods. These foods contain loads of fats and will make your skin oilier; thereby leading to more future breakouts.
5) After you wash your face, use a soft and clean towel to dry if off. Remember not to rub your face as you wipe it dry, just lightly dab the water off. You also need to regularly replace the towel that you use to prevent more blackheads from popping up.
6) Another great way to remove blackheads is with the use of medicated gels and creams. These are also great to remove scars caused by blackheads or other types of acne.
