* You will need 10z if Cream. Heavy cream is your best option but if you want one with lower fat you could choose medium cream.

* You will also need Sugar, 1 Tablespoon

* Vanilla Extract or Vanilla (herb)

* A mixing bowl where all the ingredients come together

* An Electric Mixer or if you want to do some handwork, a whisk

Step By Step

* The first step is very easy, put together your cream, sugar and vanilla (stick or extract) in to the mixing bowl.

* Take your mixer (or Whisk) and start blending the ingredients until the cream starts to thicken.

* When you notice the cream starts to thicken you want to speed up your mixer or whisk and stop when you see the cream peaking.

* You can taste a little bit in order to check the taste and see if it is mixed enough. Don’t use the mixer for too long because you might end up making butter instead.
